1. Coffee Beans & Consumables

Due to food safety and quality reasons, coffee beans and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or opened.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours.

2. Coffee Tools, Accessories & Mugs

We accept returns for unused tools, accessories, and mugs within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. A valid receipt is required.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours, including photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or store credit after inspection.

4. Coffee Machines & Equipment

Coffee machines and electrical equipment are covered under manufacturer warranty.
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, sealed, and in original condition.
Technical issues must be handled through the official warranty service center.
